I had to crop out the documentary so that's why this clip is shorter than the others, but hey, fighting horses. Gotta keep those.

    That O.J. joke still makes me laugh to this day

  • @mrslabbulkhead
    @mrslabbulkhead 18 днів тому

    I swear there was an audience member who attended with his daughter who appeared on 2 or 3 episodes because he couldn't/wouldn't laugh. I can't remember if it's this dude (I swear he was in the actual audience with said daughter), but when he finally had a small laugh during an interview, Conan literally stopped the show to celebrate and talk about it.

    How Howard Stern went from that to what he is now is anyone's guess.

    The critic was extremely underrated back then. I'll never forget the video game scene where you had to escape from New York and the first level boss was Al sharpton who only spoke to you and then you died and turned to skeletons

    Every UA-cam comment section is inevitably ruined by redditors sitting around repeating or explaining the obvious punchline of an obvious joke.

    It would still be spot on for today's robin quivers, all she does is laugh hysterically at everything howard says, she's never said anything relevant or funny at all

    I like they are so dead set on not going into the public eye, that they rather basically kidnap the pope and don king to make sure no one gets in front of a camera

      Generally, the entertainment was the result of the supporting players. However, Stern was appealing when he viciously torn down celebrities. Unfortunately, those days are gone. He now sucks up to the Hollywood Elite.

    I remember when such small TV sets were the rage, initially... back in '82. Couldn't wait to get one myself. I finally did, in '98... but hardly used it because of two things: It ate "AA" batteries, and I usually had a hard time getting a good signal. I still have it, but don't need it... seeing how smartphones, streaming services, and the switch to digital broadcast has made it utterly obsolete. (Sigh) "Best $50.00 I've ever spent"...!😕
